At St. John’s, we employ a social worker as program guide, a registered nurse as case manager, and a community life specialist. That’s three people, full time, dedicated to serving these important roles.

Our LPN is on duty full time, seven days a week.

You choose from a broad selection of gourmet meals at the Hawthorne. We serve your breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week in our elegant dining room. You’ll get to know our servers quite well. You can also dine at the Briarwood or the Café as a change of pace. You have the option to entertain family or guests right on site. We even have room service.

Keeping House

Your care partners include our friendly folks who clean your apartment and do your linens and laundry. Some will even treat you to a song.

Feeling Safe

You can rest easy knowing that security people are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is one safe neighborhood.

Getting About

Whether you need a hand getting to the dining room or a ride to the doctor’s, we help you get where you’re going.

Hawthorne residents have helping hands when needed.

Lifestyle at the Hawthorne is designed for seniors who need a little help during the day. The Hawthorne features 38 one-bedroom apartments. Residents enjoy fine dining three times daily, weekly housekeeping and linen service, personal laundry service and transportation. Day and night, aides are on duty, providing assistance with daily living. The Hawthorne offers the club room and activity room, offering an active, simulating lifestyle. A medical suite offering physician service is available. A whirlpool spa room is included in the Hawthorne. All amenities of St. John's Meadows are available to Hawthorne residents.
