Day Break Meadows, a social day program, fosters independence and choice.

For seniors living with family or in their own homes, in need of companionship during the day, consider Day Break Meadows. Day Break, a social day service sponsored by St. John's Home, offers respite for you and an exciting day for your loved one. Located in the Briarwood, Day Break is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 - 4:30 p.m. While you are at work, or enjoying a day to yourself, your loved one will:

• Enjoy companionship and social interaction outside of their home
• Participate in recreational activities
• Benefit from personal attention
• Have the option of living at home longer, even as personal care needs progress.

Day Break provides a safe, nurturing environment supervised by professional staff. Day Break promotes independence and choice, through individual care plans matching personal needs.
